Technology investment: A Year In Review for Mercia Fund Management

2015 was a busy year for Mercia Fund Management, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Mercia Technologies, with new EIS & SEIS investments made into a range of disruptive scalable technologies across the digital, software, e-commerce, Internet of Things and life science sectors.

To celebrate, Mercia Fund Management invited its key stakeholders, including representatives from our portfolio of companies, our private investors and university partners to join us for an evening of dinner and drinks at the Ramada Hotel Warwick. This included fascinating presentations from three of our portfolio companies: Aston Eyetech, Edge Case Games & Intelligent Health, as well as a talk from our special guest speaker for the evening, technology investor and founder of the Games Workshop franchise, Ian Livingstone.

Whilst our guests enjoyed themselves, we caught up with CEO of Mercia Technologies Mark Payton and Chief Investment Officer Matt Mead to hear their reflections on 2015 and what the future holds for Mercia.
