Clark County is the largest county in Nevada and one of the largest in the United States, with over 2 million residents. In their quest to use technology to improve business processes, the Clark County Information Technology Department (CCIT) embarked on a project to rollout an automated identity and access management system. The purpose of the system is to improve the services that the county delivers to both employees and constituents. In this session, Louis Carr, Jr., CIO of Clark County, will provide an overview of the project, including goals and anticipated outcomes.
