Governance – Smart Regions, the case of the Islands by AMETIC

Paralel Session:

The EU is fully interested in the development of the Smart Regions and promoting municipalities to join efforts for common smart city goals. In the case of the Islands, the Spanish Ministry of Industry, through its agency Red.es, has launched a singular projects initiative with 30M euros to the islands to get at least three leading projects. In this session, the speakers presents some initiatives and the administration shows its point of view.
