Get ready for a total body, fusion workout! I’m using some yoga inspired moves today in this full body home workout. No equipment needed today and no jumping – which is perfect if you prefer a low impact workout or if you’re looking for an apartment friendly workout 🙂 Not only will we be using our own body weight for building strength today but we will also flow through each exercise working on our mobility, flexibility and balance. A little different from my usual style but I was surprised at how much I was sweating!! Give it a go and let me know what you think!
