Bear Douglas
Manager, Developer Advocacy, Twitter

Bear Douglas is a Developer Advocate at Twitter, where she leads the Fabric and GNIP Developer Relations teams to help companies of all sizes make the most of Twitter’s platform. You can find her out and about at hackathons, mobile meetups, and a cappella rehearsals with @songbirds. Former @fbplatform, @strobe, and community organizer for @emberjs.

Bridget Frey
Chief Technology Officer, Redfin

Bridget leads software engineering for Redfin. Prior to joining Redfin, Frey was the director of analytics and business applications at Lithium Technologies, where she was responsible for applications and tools used to manage, moderate, measure, explore, and grow online communities using Lithium’s flagship Social Customer Relationship Management product. Before that, Frey was the vice president of development at IntrinsiQ Research, a chemotherapy software company, where she managed development, quality assurance, technical support, and product management. In addition, she has held management positions at two start-ups: IMlogic and Plumtree Software. Shadae Holmes

Shadae Holmes is web developer and a native Washingtonian. She switched to a tech career after attending the Ada Developers Academy in Seattle. Jessica McKellar
Director of Engineering, Dropbox

Jessica has done everything — from kernel engineering to founding and selling startups to leading and scaling enterprise engineering orgs at Dropbox. She’s a technical consultant for Silicon Valley and an O’Reilly Open Source Award recipient for her diversity outreach work in the Python community.

Constance Duong
Software Engineer, Dropbox

Constance Duong is a software engineer at Dropbox, where she works on the billing and payments systems that support the Dropbox business. Prior to joining Dropbox, she primarily worked in front-end web development at Microsoft, where she built Office Smart Lookup and contributed to redesigning Office.com.
