Bill Bivens loses 2014 Election, but Wins Lawsuit

Update: Randy White won the August 2014 Monroe County TN Sheriff’s election, but Judge Don Ash ruled the election results were VOID–Randy White lacked the required P.O.S.T. (Peace Officer Standards Testing) requirements.–On 12/9/2014, Randy’s Chief Deputy Tommy Jones was appointed as Sheriff by the Monroe County Board of Commissioners to serve until 2016.
